Christmas opening hours

Adult Social Care teams will be operating an emergency duty service over the Christmas period to support vulnerable adults and carers who need urgent assistance.

  • Urgent support only: Tuesday 24, Friday 27, Monday 30 and Tuesday 31 December (open from 9am to 5pm). Call 0118 937 3747
  • Closed: 25 and 26 December and Wednesday 1 January
  • Out of hours service: For urgent support outside office hours (before 9am and after 5pm) or weekends or bank holidays (which are 25, 26 December and 1 January) call this number 01344 351 999

Normal service will be in place from 2 January 2025.

Cyber attack

NRS Healthcare, a supplier of health and care products suffered a cyber-attack earlier this year and personal data may have been breached.

Residents are reminded to be extra-vigilant about unexpected emails, text messages, phone calls and unexpected visitors.
