Physical activity
Why it matters
No matter how much you do, physical activity is good for your body and mind. Adults should aim to be active every day. Some is good – more is better still.
It helps you feel strong, keeps you moving may help reduce pain and will likely bring a smile to your face.
Do it alone, do it with a friend or use it as a way of making new friends!
Getting started
Walk for 10 minutes a day and build it up from there! Get off a bus stop early, walk around the block or local park.
