Training and education
Apprenticeships and traineeships

Colleges
Colleges offer vocational, further and higher education courses.
Voluntary
Volunteering is a great way to stay active, social and independent. It is a good way to get work experience and give something back to individuals or communities. It can also help you build contacts and will look good on your CV.
