Stress management and stress risk assessment training

This course is aimed at managers who have staff reporting that they are stressed or under excessive pressure whilst at work. The course will cover HR procedures and timescales, OH procedures, how to identify stress, how to write a stress risk assessments and how to identify and implement appropriate control measures to manage stress and pressure in accordance with the HSE’s Management Standards.
