Contact a head teacher directly to complain about a school.

Use our councillor complaint form if you think one of our councillors has broken the Councillor Code of Conduct.

You can make complaints about specific services:

• Adult social care feedback
• Healthwatch Reading
• Housing – landlord services complaints
• Children, education and early help services feedback – Brighter Futures for Children’s website page sets out the statutory complaints process. This specifically relates to both children’s social care and other services provided by the company, including Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities. It includes leaflets on both.

If you are not satisfied by our investigation, you can contact the Local Government Ombudsman or Housing Ombudsman for housing complaints.
