Local lettings policies

Local Lettings policies have been developed to contribute towards community togetherness and sustainability within neighbourhoods. The objective of Local Lettings policies is to enable the development of balanced and sustainable communities.

People applying for housing on estates where Local Lettings policies are in place may be subject to the terms of the specific policy, for example the undertaking of police checks. The policies are reviewed annually.

Each area subject to a Local Lettings policy has its own specific policy:

• Conway Close and Bevan Close
• Stonewater – St Georges
• Arthur Hill development – Norwood Road and Kings Road
• Wensley Road Estate
