We are still operating an emergency service on 27, 30 and 31 December. For those homeless or at risk of homelessness please phone 0118 937 2165 or email housing.advice@reading.gov.uk.
If you are fleeing violence or harassment and you are in immediate danger, please call 999 for help.
If you become homeless and have nowhere to stay outside office hours (before 9am and after 5pm), on weekends or on bank holidays (25 and 26 December and 1 January) call the Emergency Duty Service: 01344 351999. Please note our out of hours service starts at 4pm on 24 December and 3pm on 31 December.
