Landlord newsletter and events

The Landlord Focus newsletter contains advice and guidance for landlords on how to manage their properties.

We can offer advice on topics including:

• first time landlords
• help to find a tenant
• managing tenancy issues
• ending a tenancy (Section 21 Notice)
• complying with Deposit Protection Scheme legislation
• Right to Rent checks
• tenants in receipt of Universal Credit or who are affected by the Benefit Cap

We may be able to assist both tenants and landlords on problems such as rent arrears, antisocial behaviour, disrepair issues, and damp and mould.
