A well-hidden natural mature woodland surrounded by housing, tucked away along Tay Road with mature oak and hazel woodlands. Bluebells and other spring flowers are plentiful, and there is a very steep coppice area leading up to Taff Way. The site is split by Dee Road – the northern section is known as Comparts Plantation and is an open, grassy meadow area with gorse and broom on the higher sections.
