As part of the local government transparency code, we must quarterly publish details of every invitation to tender for contracts to provide goods and/or services with a value that exceeds £5,000, and also details of any contract, commissioned activity, purchase order, framework agreement and any other legally enforceable agreement with a value that exceeds £5,000. Details of invitations to tender can also be found on In-tend and the public sector websites of Contracts Finder and Find a Tender. The council acknowledges that some data is missing for 2021 to 2024. This occurred because the data was not updated in time for publication. The council have determined that it would require too much time and effort to go back and correct this at this stage. Please read our transparency code policy for more information.
Since the 2024 publication, data formatting and reference numbers have changed due to the introduction of new procedures and technology. These changes were made to better meet transparency requirements, and further improvements are already underway.
