Winnersh Triangle Park and Ride mobility hub enhancements

The issue   

Winnersh Triangle Park and Ride has nearly 600 spaces and it currently doesn’t have any waiting facilities. 

There are currently no services running from Winnersh Park and Ride to the Royal Berkshire Hospital or other key destinations.

The scheme   

Winnersh Triangle Park and Ride could be a major transport interchange hub by adding: 

  • Increased parking 
  • Electric vehicle charging points 
  • Toilets 
  • Waiting room 
  • Café  

The outcome   

  • Better facilities will make the Park and Ride hub more attractive 
  • Attract more coach services 
  • More car parking and electric car charging facilities will increase usage
