Bin collections

Check your rescheduled bin collection day for the Christmas period. If your bin isn’t emptied, please leave it out. It will be collected during extended hours or the next working day. Use the waste service tracker to check your bin collection status at any time.

Before reporting a missed bin, you should:

1. Check your collection date.
2. Check what we can and cannot recycle.

If your collection was due

You must report the bin as having been missed within 48 hours of the scheduled collection day. If you report it after this, we will not return until the next scheduled collection day.

You must report one type of missed bin collection at a time.
