If your bin wasn’t emptied when it was meant to be, please check our service tracker first to find your rescheduled collection day.
If your road is not listed, please use our missed bin reporting form to tell us about the issue.

Before reporting a missed bin, you should:

1. Check your collection date.
2. Check what we can and cannot recycle.

If your collection was due

You must report the bin as having been missed within 48 hours of the scheduled collection day. If you report it after this, we will not return until the next scheduled collection day.

You must report one type of missed bin collection at a time.
