New athletics track opens at Palmer Park

Palmer Park Leisure Centre & Stadium now has a brand new athletics track after £500k investment from the council and our leisure partner GLL.

Clean Air Living Matters (CALM) project raised awareness about air pollution with almost 9,000 students in Reading. The project visited 28 different schools over two years.

Council to propose boundary change with West Berkshire

Reading Borough Council will ask the Government to review its boundary with West Berkshire. It follows plans to create a new ‘Ridgeway’ council in Oxfordshire, which could affect nearby communities.
